Sustainable, inclusive, responsible - always

At Vivid, responsibility is built in - from cutting emissions to championing inclusion and new talent, we’re making broadcast more sustainable, diverse, and future-focused with every project we deliver.

Doing the right thing - it's just how we work

Doing the right thing - it’s just how we work

At Vivid, broadcasting responsibly and sustainably is just a part of how we do things.

Being mindful of our impact is built into the day-to-day - whether we’re onsite, on the road or at our offices and remote galleries. We’re working towards being carbon neutral by 2030, and we track emissions on every project to make sure we're heading in the right direction. We’ve swapped to cleaner tech like hybrid generators and biofuel trucks, we work hard to reduce waste across all sites, we’re SUP free, travel responsibly, monitor our energy output, and work with suppliers who share our values - practical steps that make a real difference.

Everyone should feel like they belong

We believe the broadcast industry should reflect the diversity of the audiences it serves.

It’s not just about ticking boxes - we want more women, more voices, more backgrounds represented across the board. Because a more inclusive industry is a stronger one. That’’s why we're part of the TV Access Project (TAP), pushing for real, lasting inclusion of disabled talent by 2030. We aim for equal gender splits across all jobs we crew, with great success across many across high-profile productions. Inclusivity runs through Vivid’s DNA, and we aim to authentically weave this into every project we’re involved with.

Backing the next generation

Backing the next generation

We’re big believers in opening doors.

That’s why we work with universities and training programmes to help new and diverse talent get a start in broadcast. Whether it’s placements, mentoring or hands-on experience, we’re here to help the next wave of creatives and technicians get their foot in the door.
